Service standards

We want to provide all our residents with the best possible service.

We worked with residents to produce a set of service standards. These tell you what to expect from all of our services.

We don't believe in standing still so we review each standard at least once a year with a group or residents.

We set ourselves new targets and regularly give you feedback on how we're progressing.
