09.02.07 - Change to Magna's Sherborne service

Magna Housing is advising its customers of a change of opening hours at its office in Long Street, Sherborne.

The Dorchester based organisation is currently looking at ways in which it can better reach and communicate with current and prospective residents.

Head of Magna’s customer services team, Karen Allan, says, “We have reduced the opening hours at our office in Sherborne partly because of a lack of use by our customers but also because we want to provide a more flexible service and be able to reach more customers across the area.”

As from the week commencing 19th February, Magna’s Sherborne office will be open on Thursdays from 8.30am to 5.00pm and Fridays from 8.30am to 1.00pm.

Karen adds, “We will be looking more long term at how we can reach our customers and may consider running ‘surgeries’ throughout the area on a regular basis.”
