Magna Housing would like to wish all of its customers a very happy Christmas and to re-assure them that over the holiday period help will be at hand in the event of an emergency.

Magna’s offices close at 4.30pm on Friday 23rd December. Its main office in Poundbury Road in Dorchester and its office in Downes Street in Bridport re-opens at 8.30am on Tuesday 3rd January 2006. Its offices in High East Street, Dorchester and Long Street, Sherborne re-open at 8.30am on Wednesday 4th January 2006.

During the Christmas period many Magna employees will still be working or on call to help with any emergencies. If a customer wishes to report an emergency, whether it is a housing issue or a repair, they can contact Magna on the freephone number 0800 358 6025.

Magna Careline operators work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and co-ordinate emergency cover over the holidays. They will be answering any calls made to the freephone number and hold a list of all Magna employees who are on call, as well as the contact details of many contractors in case they are needed, so they are more than prepared.
