06.11.07 - Magna gets physical with Dame Kelly Holmes at annual staff conference

Dame Kelly Holmes put Magna through its paces last Thursday, 1st November 2007 at its annual staff conference following a striking speech about being passionate about performance and being simply the best.

The double Olympic gold winner was the guest speaker at the conference, where she gave staff a great insight into her dedication, commitment and focus on her long career. Dame Kelly Holmes said “ When I was a young girl, I knew that I wanted my life to be different, to achieve my goals and be the best” Her hard work and determination paid off at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens where she achieved her lifetime ambitions of winning the 800 and 1500 metre races.
