You’re never too old to have fun, and never too young to race mobility scooters!

Magna Housing Association were the major sponsors of the Generation Gamez on Saturday 8th September 2007. Help the Aged and Age Concern
came together to organise the event with Magna which included mobility scooters to race, first aid demonstrations from St Johns Ambulance and the fire service and police.

Julian Fellows, of Monarch of the Glen fame dropped into Dorchester Middle School over the weekend to learn more about the generation gap. Kilwillie, Julian’s character in the British sit-com fails to stay out of mischief though he is of advanced years, and Julian followed his lead, swinging from monkey bars and taking time to stop and investigate all the attractions.

The sun shone and the young at heart mixed with the truly young! Well done to the Housing Management and Resident Involvement teams involved in this community exercise.
