Initially, three surgeries have been organised for Beaminster, Chickerell and Lyme Regis and these will be held every month at the following venues:

Beaminster Town Hall 2pm – 4pm on the 1st Tuesday of each month.

Chickerell at Willow Bed Hall from 10am – 12noon
on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Lyme Regis at St Michaels Business Centre from 10am – 12noon
on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Customer Services Manager, Darlene Ford, says, “The main aim is to provide a mobile information centre for our customers to give easier access to all the information and forms that would normally be available in our main offices, especially to those who find it difficult to travel. We’ll be getting out into the community which in turn will help us to get in touch with more of our customers. We hope to increase the number of surgeries and the locations that we hold them in over the coming months.”
