Charter (SW) Ltd, a development company of Magna Housing Group, are coming to Exmoor to explain to local people how they can now take advantage of new affordable housing schemes in the area.

Charter (SW) Ltd will be hosting an affordable housing information day on Friday 16th November 2007 at The Town Hall, Lynton from 12.00 noon until 6.00 p.m. They will able to give you information on their latest development in Lynton, where there are 3 x 2 bed apartments for part buy/part rent, for local people.

Charter spokesperson, Jennifer Gould, Business Development Manager, said:
