At the Annual General Meeting of Magna Housing Group last week, Donald Rushton was officially appointed as the new Chairman.

Donald Rushton, who was formerly the Chairman of the Group’s Audit Committee, was extremely pleased to be appointed into the position. “I’m a firm believer in social housing and Magna is a forward-thinking organisation which is always looking for new ways to make housing more affordable. I’m looking forward to picking up the reins from my predecessor, Colin Rolls.”

Donald has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial world and has a working background in the banking and insurance sectors. During that time he worked mainly in London but also overseas.

Still living in London, but with a family connection in Lyme Regis, Donald spends a lot of his time in the south west.
