Rents
Rent is due every Monday and is payable one week in advance. It can be paid in any of the following ways:
1. By direct debit or standing order through a bank or building society.
2. At any post office with your Girobank rent payment card.
3. By sending a cheque direct to the Magna offices at Hollands House, or St Peter's House.
Rent Arrears
One of the jobs of the Housing Management staff is to keep rent arrears as low as possible, so that we have money to invest in people's homes. Below is a table showing rent arrears for this year and last year (amount £,000)and arrears as a percentage of rental:
