SHERBORNE AREA

Chrysanthemum Row/Newlands Flats
Chrysanthemum Row/Newlands Flats is situated in historic town of Sherborne and is in walking distance of the town centre and local amenities. The scheme consists of six 19th century houses and modern flats. There is a large communal room which is used for bingo and other activities. There is an active residents' social club which also organises weekly afternoon tea, fortnightly fish and chip lunches, monthly shopping to Yeovil and a variety of social evenings and trips. A guest room is available for residents' relatives.

Clovermead
Clovermead is situated in Yetminster just outside of the historic town of Sherborne; there is a shuttle bus service to Sherborne as well as Yeovil. The scheme consists of 24 flats with a communal room, which is used by the residents on a regular basis for bingo, coffee mornings and other activities. This site is also involved with the local senior citizens club. A guest bedroom is available for relatives of residents.

Granary Orchard
Granary Orchard is situated in the attractive village of Trent, approximately 4 miles from the historic town of Sherborne; there is a post office and local stores next to the scheme and a regular shuttle service to Sherborne. The scheme consists of 12 bungalows and 1 first floor flat with an unusual communal room as it was originally a conservatory. Residents from this site generally join in with the activities from local larger sites. A guest bedroom is available for relatives of residents.

Half Acres is our biggest scheme in Sherborne with 54 homes in the form of bungalows and flats. There are also large communal gardens. The site also boasts a communal room which has its own organ and darts board, the residents also have regular coffee mornings, bingo and other activities, they also have regular trips to various attractions. A guest bedroom is available for relatives of residents for which a small charge is made.

DORCHESTER AREA
