Supported Housing
We believe in treating people as individuals. Our Supported Housing Schemes enable residents of all ages and needs to live active, independent lives in their own homes.
Our Supported Housing projects include accommodation with support for people with mental health support needs, adults with learning difficulties and those with physical disabilities.
Supported Housing also provides accommodation and support for young people aged between 16-25.
Supported Housing Schemes in Somerset
Somerset Learning Disability Project. For adults with learning disabilities, 68 units of supported accommodation. Intensive housing management provided by Magna. Support provided by Somerset County Council. Provided in partnership with Somerset County Council, South Somerset District Council, Taunton Deane Borough Council and South Somerset Homes.
