Tenant Participation
Tenant participation is an essential part of Magna’s activities and we have a Resident Involvement team whose role is to involve you, our residents:

Our residents are involved in decision making at all levels. Tenants sit on our management boards and we foster a network of tenants' panels across our area.

We supply panels with an Environmental Improvements Budget to fund projects to enhance the quality of life in local neighbourhoods. The Panels choose how to spend the money for the benefit of other residents in following site visits and consultations with residents - examples include home security initiatives, cycle barriers and even resolving parking problems.
More ideas are wanted and we urge residents to attend their local panel meetings, or contact their representatives (details below) to put forward their suggestions. All Magna residents are warmly invited to attend panel meetings.
Magna Housing Association has three area panels which hold meetings at local sites.
