Tenant participation is an essential part of Magna’s activities and we have staff members whose role is to involve tenants:

Magna West Somerset has a single Tenants' Panel with representatives drawn from across the district.

Bernard Ryder is the Chairman for the Tenants' Panel and Norma Stevens is the vice-chair. You can direct queries to them or to the Tenant Involvement and Research Co-ordinator, Clive Barclay. The secretary for the tenant panel is Katrina Ryder, you can contact her on 01984 656455.

Tenant Panel meetings for Magna West Somerset take place on the first Monday every month at 7pm. The only exception to this is when the first Monday is a Bank Holiday and the meeting moves to the following Monday.
