The government estimates that up to £16 billion pounds of benefits and tax credits go unclaimed every year – you may be missing out.
Since Welfare reform began in 2012, a lot of changes have occurred in the benefit system. Some of these are complete, others are being rolled out over a number of years. There are a lot of other changes, some of which we are still waiting for more detail on. They include reductions to tax credits, the cutting of help with housing costs for the under 21’s, and changes to the benefit cap.
