How to sell my home

If you are a shared owner, you can sell your home at any time.

In the first instance you will need to contact the sales team, as we have up to 8 weeks (depending on the terms of your lease) to find you a buyer. All you need to do is complete a form and provide us with an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) valuation and some photos of your property so we can commence marketing.

Your home will be advertised on the Magna Housing, Help to Buy and Property Booking websites along with our social media platforms.

If we are unable to find a buyer within this time, you will then also be able to sell your home privately or through an estate agent.
