Response times

Your repair requests are prioritised according to their urgency.  Our response categories and the times we aim to carry out your repairs within are:

Out of hours emergency repairs we aim to attend within 2 hours.
 
Emergency repairs we aim to attend within 24 hours.
These repairs would cause a high degree of inconvenience. For example; no heating and hot water or a burst pipe where the flow of water can not be stopped.
 
Urgent repairs we aim to attend to within 5 working days.
These repairs can cause a degree of inconvenience. For example; no hot water or a faulty shower.
 
Routine repairs we aim to attend to within 20 working days.
These are repairs such as ease and adjust door, fit weather board or a dripping tap.
 
Planned repairs we aim to attend to within 40 working days. 
The kind of repairs that qualify for this are decorative finishes and fencing.
