How to report repairs
If you are a Magna Housing Association (MHA) tenant, please contact:

Letters should be addressed to the Customer Services Department, Magna Housing Association Ltd, Hollands House, Poundbury Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1SW.

If you are a Magna West Somerset (MWS) tenant, please contact:

FREEPHONE 0800 731 9293

Letters should be addressed to the Technical and Property Services Manager, Magna West Somerset Housing Association Ltd, St Peter's House, Bridge Street, Williton, Somerset, TA4 4NR.

Reporting repairs
Please make sure you give us the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • A daytime telephone number
  • Times when someone will be at home to enable our staff to visit
  • As much detailed information about the repair as possible.

Let us know if you are elderly, vulnerable, disabled or have other special needs.

Vandalism should be reported to the police before you contact Customer Services.
