All Saints Terrace
We're building a new development of 20 homes for affordable rent in Bridgwater.
These will consist of eight three-story town houses, six one-bedroom flats and six two-bedroom flats within a three-storey block with refuse and cycle store facilities.
The site was formerly occupied by industrial units, but upon completion will be home to an exciting new development in a central location, only a three-minute walk away from Bridgwater Station and within walking distance of the town.
In history, there were once 16 brick and tile companies in Bridgwater, and 24 million bricks were exported every year during the 1890s. This site was once occupied by the Colley Lane Patent Tile and Pottery Works, which closed in 1956.
This development is being built in partnership with Sedgemoor District Council and E G Carter & Co Ltd, and will provide much needed homes at an attractive rent price in a location where we anticipate high demand.
