We have mystery shoppers who let us know how well staff are providing the service.
We have working groups which are made up of residents who let us know we could change our service to improve it.
We have a complaints process so that we can learn from our mistakes.
We also love receiving compliments as this tells us where we are succeeding and what we should be doing more of.
