An emergency hazard is classed as an immediate risk to your health, safety or security in your home.
We'll respond to an emergency hazard within 24 hours of becoming aware of it to make your home safe, but we may have to come back at a later date to finish the repair sometimes.
Report an urgent hazard
In line with Awaab's Law, urgent hazards include: risks of falling, structural collapses and explosions, excess cold and excess heat, damp and mould, fire and electrical issues, and domestic hygiene issues. More detailed information is available on the following page.
