If you start to see water coming through your roof, please notify us as soon as possible. A major roof leak would be an emergency, however minor roof leaks would be an urgent repair. Before we're able to attend there are a few things which you can do to help:
- Put a bucket or container under the leak to catch the water to help reduce the chances of any damage to your home or belongings
- If you're able to, move any furniture or belongings away from where the leak is
- Have a look outside at the roof and see if you can identify what has caused the issue, as this will help us to diagnose the issue when you report it
- If your roof tiles contain asbestos then please don't disturb them; we will safely remove these for you
