Building new homes

We're committed to building new homes. Investing in our homes helps us to deliver our vision of creating great homes together, for new and existing customers, whether they are buying or renting from us.

By understanding what matters to our customers, we can make sure we have the right homes, in the right place, to improve satisfaction and attract new customers.

We partner with others to create great homes where people choose to live. We aim to provide homes of the right quality, that are affordable to rent or to buy, to meet the needs of those in our communities.

We are actively buying land for redevelopment across Dorset and Somerset, securing planning consents and working with consultants and contractors to build our new homes.
