Our new Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) Surveys will start to arrive with customers by email today and in the post on Monday. They are being sent on our behalf by a company called Service Insights.
This survey has been sent to a sample of 500 customers to gather their feedback and customers will also be called between 22 May and 9 June. Another survey will go out to more customers in Autumn.
This new survey replaces the STAR survey which we carried out for many years. You can find out more about the new TSM surveys on our website here.
