We’re led by an inspiring chief executive and a strong executive and leadership team. They are responsible for our overall performance and delivering our objectives, working across the business to ensure we're developing and transforming in line with our strategic ambitions.

Selina White

Chief Executive

Selina has led Magna Housing since 2018, championing innovative solutions for affordable housing across the South West. As Chief Executive, she has spearheaded initiatives that place community wellbeing, sustainability, inclusivity and organisational growth at the heart of Magna’s mission.

Passion and purpose:

Advocacy for affordable housing: Selina’s unwavering commitment to affordable housing has made her a respected voice in the industry. She works collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to tackle the region’s housing challenges. Selina also serves on the board of Brighter Places – a housing association operating in Bristol and the surrounding areas – and is Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee. 

Collaboration for impact: Selina is also the Co-Chair of Homes for the South West, a partnership of the 12 largest housing associations in the region. The group is committed to addressing the growing shortage of affordable housing in the South West by advocating for increased development supported by greater regional investment.

Previously, Selina served as Chair of the National Housing Federation’s South West Leadership Forum for three years, where she played a pivotal role in shaping housing policy and strategic priorities across the region.

Director of Sustainability and Investment

Paul joined Magna in 2017 to restart our ambitions to provide new affordable homes to rent and buy. In addition to Paul’s role at Magna he is supported by the organisation in his Dorset LEP Board position and as Chair of the Constructing Excellence South West Construction Clients Group. Having worked on the front line of housing management, for house builders and construction companies focused on both new build and repairs and maintenance into the housing sector. These insights have enabled Magna to realise the business case to expanding our routes into delivering homes by using both the best in traditional construction alongside our new capability that sees us now manufacturing consistently high quality homes to ever higher environmental standards.

Ami Davis

Ami Davis

Strategic Organisational Capability Director

Ami joined Magna in 2021 and is responsible for the functions who are building the organisational capabilities that will enable us to deliver our strategy and mission. Ami has previously worked for the National Trust, Sky and Rolls-Royce in a range of people transformation roles, shaping cultures and creating great places to work. Ami is also the Chair of Andrews Charitable Trust, tackling the cycle of deprivation and multiple disadvantage, through a property lens, exploring approaches which address the links between housing and poverty.

Director of Customer Operations

Joanne joined Magna in January 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from within and outside of the housing sector. Joanne leads on all customer facing activities and holds responsibility for the strategic priorities relating to customer experience. Joanne is passionate about creating great places to live, providing excellent services, and using technology to create a holistic approach to housing.

Suzanne Muncaster

Head of People

Suzanne joined Magna in 2013 and was appointed Head of HR in 2014. Suzanne has worked in the HR field since 2002, gaining experience in a wide range of companies and sectors before joining the housing world with Magna. Magna seems the perfect fit for Suzanne as outside of work she loves renovation and all things houses.

Ian White

Ian White

Head of Finance

Ian joined Magna in April 2019. He is a qualified accountant and has held senior finance positions in both the commercial and public sectors. Ian has spent 14 of the past 16 years inside the housing sector. Outside of work Ian also commits time to the local community, working on the committee at Bournemouth Athletic Club and as a race director for a 10 mile running event.

Ian Wright

Head of IT

Ian joined Magna in November 2019. He started working in IT for Housing in 2014 after a 20+ year career leading a national IT team within the financial services industry. His experience covers migrating systems and services to the Cloud, Cyber security and Disaster Recovery, as well as implementing Data Governance structures. He also has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions, most recently leading the combined IT Teams through the merger which formed LiveWest.

Alice Bagg

Alice Bagg

Head of Service Transformation

Alice Bagg joined Magna in June 2021 as Head of Customer Experience and Home Services, where she led several key operational teams including Response Repairs, Housing, the Customer Care Team, Estate Services, and Customer Involvement. Her leadership in this role was marked by a strong focus on delivering excellent service and driving improvements across customer-facing functions.

In July 2025, Alice transitioned into the newly established role of Head of Service Transformation, where she is now heading up Magna’s journey to enhance the services offered to customers. This role aligns closely with Magna’s strategic vision and Alice’s passion for creating meaningful, customer-centred change.

With a background in Customer Experience and IT service delivery, Alice previously built and led a high-performing Customer Experience team for a well-known retail brand. She is known for being customer-obsessed, bringing a wealth of expertise in improving customer journeys, increasing satisfaction, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Stephanie Lloyd-Foxe

Stephanie Lloyd-Foxe

Head of Building Safety, Compliance & Home Services

Stephanie Lloyd-Foxe is Head of Building Safety, Compliance and Home Services at Magna, responding to the challenges of the new building safety regime, championing a safety culture and leading the teams who deliver repairs and maintenance.

Stephanie is also group board chair of the National Housing Maintenance Forum, a member of the Proptech Innovation Network (PIN) advisory board and is an advocate for innovation and the adoption of new technologies in the sector.

Stephanie has over 20 years' experience working in construction and housing in a variety of senior technical roles.

Leroy Bunbury is our Head of Governance, Legal and Risk.

Max Scrymgeour

Max Scrymgeour

Head of Procurement

Max joined Magna in November 2022 in the new role of Head of Procurement. Max has worked in both public and private sectors previously, including a housing association in Bournemouth. Max has worked in procurement for ten years and has experience in category management, contract and supplier management and procurement transformation. Max will help Magna to achieve value for money in the procurement of goods and services.

Oliver Goldring

Oliver Goldring

Head of Digital, Service Design and Communications

Oliver joined Magna in March 2023, from award-winning digital marketing agency Mediaworks. Here, he was the managing partner for the North West, leading its teams and strategy out of a newly established Manchester office. Prior to Mediaworks, he served as Strategic Communications, Engagement and Digital Director and was part of the senior leadership team at 9,000+ home housing association Trafford Housing Trust (now part of L&Q), having previously ran his own independent consultancy for over six years.

Oliver is the strategic lead for service design and developing Magna’s digital roadmap and brand, including customer- and colleague-facing digital products and services, communications and marketing.

David Hebden

Head of Change Capability

David Hebden joined Magna as our new Head of Change Capability in November 2023. He comes from a background in telecommunications, in which he spent 26 years.

Neo Rakodi

Head of Growth

Neo joined Magna in October 2024 in the newly created role of Head of Growth.

Neo brings extensive investment experience in the public and private sectors and will seek out innovative and collaborative funding opportunities to help Magna build more affordable homes across its communities.

Ailsa Willis

Ailsa Willis

Head of Asset Strategy, Regeneration and Place

Ailsa joined Magna in 2023 as Sustainability Business Partner, and later Sustainability and Investment Manager. In April 2026, she transitioned to Head of Asset Strategy, Regeneration and Place, overseeing Magna's long term asset investment planning and strategy, including place-based regeneration and funding for development.
