Neighbourhood visits

We are delighted to begin our neighbourhood visits again in Dorset, Somerset and Devon.

We’re visiting areas where you live to look at the general conditions of homes and gardens and to pick up on any outstanding issues.

You can meet up with us at any point along the route and have a chat with us. Colleagues from different departments, including our leadership team, will be there. You’ll be able to spot us as we’ll be wearing high-vis jackets and Magna ID.

We’ve started the visits focusing on just the nine areas listed in the table below, but we’ll be booking more in different areas in the future. The visit dates and times may be subject to change, but we’ll keep the current schedule up to date below so you know where we are and when.
