What is our repairs panel?

Our repairs panel is a group of customers who help us make sure our repairs service is working efficiently. We want to work together to improve the service and approach to repairs.

We're still looking for customers of different ages and different types of homes, eg flats, houses, and bungalows to make sure the group has a good mixture.

How can you help?

There are lots of ways you can get involved as part of the panel, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

You can give your views by:

  • Emailing us
  • Calling or texting us
  • Using WhatsApp
  • Using our Facebook customer group
  • Attending virtual/face-to-face meetings (You'll be notified when and where these are taking place)

Why should you be a part of it?

By being a part of the panel, you can help us to decide the best way forward for our repair services. The feedback you give us will go towards shaping improved and great value for money services.

You'll also help us to develop performance measures so that we can see if we've been successful, and so that we can continue to monitor our services.

We'll give feedback on the outcomes to all of our customers through our website, social media channels and Opendoor.
