Isleport Grove

Highbridge is a small historic market town on the Somerset Levels, positioned near the mouth of the River Brue and forming part of the wider community of Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge. Once an important crossing point and trading hub, the town grew around its river bridge, serving nearby rural communities and the peat-working areas of the Levels. Today, Highbridge retains a modest population and a distinctly local character, with landmarks such as St John’s Church and the Highbridge and Burnham railway station connecting it to the wider region.

At Isleport Grove, we'll have a variety of affordable housing:

• 10 homes available for rent which are all three-bedroom homes.
• 8 homes available to buy through shared ownership offering three bedrooms homes.

The last 2 rented homes are due for completion in March 2026.

The homes are part of a larger development being constructed by Vistry and will come with a NHBC warranty.
