Strawberry Grange

Bridgwater is a historic market town in Somerset, set on the River Parrett and long known as a centre of trade and industry. With a population of just over 41,000, it has grown into one of the county’s most dynamic towns, balancing its medieval roots with modern development. Once a thriving port and later a hub for the cloth and brick-making industries Bridgwater still carries the imprint of its working heritage in its architecture and waterways.

At Strawberry Grange, we'll have a variety of affordable housing:

• 6 homes available for rent which are all three-bedroom homes.
• 8 homes available to buy through shared ownership offering three bedroom homes.

The last 2 rented homes are due for completion in March 2026.

The homes are part of a larger development being constructed by Vistry and will come with a NHBC warranty.
