We’re supporting Anti-Bullying Week and their Reach Out initiative to help raise awareness of the issues and effects that bullying can have on people.
At Magna, being kind is one of our core values and we make sure all of our colleagues receive the right training and support when they join us so that they understand the importance of working as one team and treating all of our colleagues with respect, and ultimately, to always be kind.
Our colleagues are also trained to keep an eye out for our customers when they visit them in their homes to make sure they’re safe and well, and we would take appropriate action to provide them with the right support if a colleague was concerned about a customer’s safety during a visit.
We would always encourage any of our colleagues to reach out if they felt they were being bullied or treated unfairly, and we take any reports of this nature very seriously.
