One of our sheltered schemes saw some furry visitors recently!
Two alpacas, Maverick and Blaze, were on their best behaviour while visiting customers at one of our extra care schemes to say hello.
The visit was made possible through our community improvement fund and the hard work of Leigh Knight, Dining Assistant at Magna, and everyone else who helped to arrange the visit.
Neil Bliss, Customer & Community Involvement Officer at Magna, manages our community improvement fund. He said: "I was happy to match fund this special visit for our customers with the help of the Silvermead social club. A really great way to raise spirits and promote wellbeing.”
