We’ve been contacted by a customer who has received a phone call from a company advising they are working alongside Magna to carry out mandatory loft insulation/cavity surveys.
We are not currently working with any companies to carry out loft insulation or cavity wall surveys and therefore this could be a phone scam.
If you are ever in any doubt about whether a call or visit from someone claiming to be working for Magna is legitimate, please call us to check. We’d be happy to check and confirm if it’s genuine or not.
