Make a payment

Making a payment to Magna is easy, with plenty of options available;

Direct debit

Manage your rent or service charge payments with direct debit and know that these are paid securely and on time. The direct debit can be collected from your current bank account on any day of the month to suit you, from 1st - 28th, or weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks, on a Monday or Friday.

Online

Pay your rent securely online

In December, we will be updating our online payments system. Although the online payment page will look different, it is still Magna and is still our secure payment site. If you use our online payments and have previously saved your card details then once we switch over to AllPay, you'll need to re-enter your card details. You'll also need to change any links or bookmarks you've set up to the payment page as these will change. If you need any help with our online payments then please email us or call 01305 216067.

Standing order

Contact us for a form on 01305 216067 or ask your bank/building society to set up a standing order.

If you live in Dorset or Yeovil in Somerset, this needs to go to Magna Housing: account 30940879, sort code 20-27-12.

If you live in other parts of Somerset, this needs to go to Magna Housing: account 00327255, sort code 20-27-12.

Please tell them your reference number to make sure the monies reach your rent account. Remember you will need to change payment amounts when rent/service charges change.

By cheque

Please make cheques payable to “Magna Housing”. You must write your reference number and first line of your address on the back.
