Rent account statements
You can now view your rent account statement online, by logging in to your customer portal account. It's easier to do than using the form below as once you're logged in we have all of your details already, so it's just a quick click of a button to ask for a statement. If you haven't set up an account, you'll first need to register which is quick and easy to do. You can find out more here.
If you don't want to set up a customer portal account, you can complete the form below and we'll email a statement to you soon.
You will also be sent a rent account statement annually. This shows the weekly rent due, payments made (including any housing benefit paid direct to us) and the balance on your account.
We also send a copy of the statement with any letter that we write to you about your rent account.
