Land at Coombe Farm, West Street, Templecombe

We're building 49 new homes in Templecombe, with a mix of social rent, shared ownership and outright sale.

The site is on West Street, only a short walk from the local amenities and the train station, offering a great location in a beautiful part of Somerset.

These will be Rollalong factory-built modern methods of construction units, with all the benefits that come from them.

We held the first consultation in January 2022. You can view the original consultation boards here. We've put together the initial feedback we received, along with our responses, here.

It was hoped that a planning application for detailed permission would be submitted in April 2022. However, land ownership, drainage outlets and proposed sustainable drainage solutions took longer to investigate than was originally anticipated. Now that we have a proposed solution, we have resumed site surveys and preparing a planning application. We now hope that the planning application for reserved matters can be submitted by the end of the year.
