Mortgage advisors

Once you've found your shared ownership home you will need to complete a free financial assessment with a mortgage advisor from our panel. They'll ask you questions and request documents which will help to confirm your financial eligibility and make sure you're in the right position to proceed.

When you've been approved by a mortgage advisor from our panel they'll be able to help you arrange your mortgage, but you're able to use a mortgage advisor of your choice if you'd prefer.

When we've received your completed financial assessment and your Magna Housing application form, we'll contact you. Even if you are a cash buyer you will need to speak to a mortgage advisor.
