We want to create great homes together, with you, our customers. This includes providing communal areas that are clean and well maintained.
In our last Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) survey, 64.7% of customers were satisfied that we keep communal areas clean and well maintained. But we want to improve on this.
To help us improve, we have created a new estate management survey to better understand and respond to issues in communal areas. It focuses specifically on the condition and upkeep of shared spaces like gardens, paths and bin stores. Getting regular feedback through this survey means we can act faster and more locally, with clearer priorities and more visible improvements.
The first estate management survey has just been emailed out to over 4,000 customers who have access to a communal area. It’s important for as many customers as possible to complete the survey so we can get to work on improving the areas that need it the most.
If you live in a Magna home with communal areas, check your email inbox (including your spam folder) to make sure you don’t miss out on your chance to give us your views. Deadline for completing the survey is 10 November 2025.
