Regional Home Services Manager
Becky is responsible for the day to day running of the Jurassic region, looking after response repairs, including our regional surveyor, housing officers and our team who deliver larger repairs. She pays close attention to performance and customer satisfaction results and will be looking to continually improve the services we provide. Becky has been in housing for over 10 years, she's a qualified surveyor and an expert in response repairs.
Steve Hansford
Maintenance Surveyor
Steve is an experienced surveyor and will be visiting you at home when you report things like damp or mould, or if you report complex issues that our customer care team are unable to diagnose.
William Holland
Trade Team Manager
Will looks after all the operatives delivering smaller response repairs in your home. He will also spot check repairs to make sure they have been carried out correctly.
Andy Peoples
Trade Team Manager
Andy looks after larger, more complicated repairs that may need planning and take longer to complete.
