Let us know if your fence is damaged.

Fencing
Fences are for boundary purposes only, not for privacy or keeping children or pets in or out.
Most fencing we install will be chain link fencing, with two privacy panels next to your home if needed.
If the condition of your fence is dangerous, let us know and we'll arrange for it to be made safe and potentially taken down completely. We will book an appointment with you for either a repair or replacement. However, please be aware that wait times are currently quite long for fencing repairs. A member of our support team will contact you to arrange and confirm your appointment date. Unfortunately, our contact centre is not able to chase an appointment for you, as these works are weather dependent. If your appointment gets moved or postponed due to weather or other circumstances, you will be contacted and an alternative appointment will be made.
Changing the type of fence you have
If you would like a different type of fencing than we have provided, there are a few options:
- You can erect your own fence in front of the Magna fence. Permission is not required for this. The additional fence must stand independently and not be fixed to the Magna fence and must not change or cover any right of way. We will not maintain this fence and you may be asked to remove it at the end of your tenancy.
- If you want to remove the Magna fence and erect your own fence on the boundary line, you must ask our permission first. If permission is given, the new fence will be your responsibility to maintain and must not cover or change any right of way etc.
- If you would like to request permission to remove a boundary hedge and install your own fencing, please contact us. This would be at your cost and for you to do or arrange.
