With increasing pressure on our housing stock and people struggling to find affordable housing, we should be looking at creative and innovative ways to address this so everyone can have a home to be proud of.
We're doing just that by developing a partnership with local company Rollalong, to create sustainable and flexible homes for the future that are built in a factory environment.
Rollalong is the largest permanent offsite manufacturer, and market leader in design, production and installation of modular housing for the social and affordable residential market, in the south of England, with over 50 years of experience in delivery of quality and bespoke buildings.
Magna has partnered with Rollalong to manufacture new sustainable modular homes. Built off site in a factory-controlled setting, they are therefore more cost-effective to maintain and quicker to construct; the homes also generate less waste and have a lower carbon footprint in use than traditional brick houses, making them a sustainable housing solution.
Forty-five homes have already been manufactured and earmarked for sites across Dorset. Below you can find more details on some of our modular range of properties.
